Municipal Court is held the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 8:00 A.M. in the courtroom at the James Baugh Public Safety Building, located at 125 Floyd L. Griffin Jr. St., Milledgeville, GA 31061.
Court Duties
The Milledgeville Municipal Court oversees all misdemeanor traffic cases, violations of city ordinances, and some misdemeanor state cases.
