Dear Web Page visitors,

On behalf of all the employees of the Milledgeville Police Department, we welcome you to our web page. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service as a law enforcement agency to the citizens of our community. This site has been created with our goal of providing useful information about our department and police related activity in our community.

Our department has 67 dedicated employees. This number includes 42 sworn officers. We are proud to serve a community of over 18,000 residents. We are a state certified agency, having obtained that distinction on July 31, 2001.

We are continuing the construction of this site so we can provide you with the most up to date information. Each time you visit our site I hope you see new and exciting pages that are both informative and enjoyable to read. Remember, together we can make a difference.
